how's about a nice 1950s buco mc cop jacket? the jacket is in rock solid shape, with plenty of surface wear, and every day wearable. these jp-27 bucos are super practical, as they are a little longer then most mc jackets, and do not have tons of zippers, laces, snaps, etc to break, foul up or trip over. the wear on the inside of the chest [ticket] pocket is from pens set in the designated pen slot in the pocket. its a size 40, and fits like it was made for me, snug, but very forgiving.

This Soviet Air Force flight jacket is 45 years old, it belonged to the commander of heavy military transport aircraft and this baby in her last life spent many hours in the sky.

I owne it one year and all the scars and scuffs on it are not my story yet.

I’m very interested in learning more about these jackets. Such as :
Are they still available or are they difficult to find in Russia ?.
Are they heavy jackets or similar to an A2 as far as cold weather jackets go?
Are the larger sized jacket difficult to find?
Lastly, what could you expect to pay for one of these jackets, if a person could find one in their size?
Thanks in advance for any information that you could share with us .

I'm surprised it took us so long to get a thread devoted to this topic, but I hope it gets to be as long as the "what jacket are you wearing today" thread. Here are my contributions, although I can't take credit for giving either of them their wear:

ELC RW 1401-P, purchased second-hand last year on eBay. I contacted Eastman and apparently it was made back in 2017, so whoever bought it first really wore the piss out of it.

My other contribution is another of Vic's beauties: an original United Sheeplined.

Here's an original Rough Wear I held onto for nearly 30 years before I had Andrew Swatland restore it for me. No amount of Combat Clone, Time Wearing or whatever the latest artificially aged pre-worn fashion can emulate the wartime re-dye. I have since sold it, but am glad I saved it and passed it on to someone who appreciated it:

Congrats to Fleet who took the tried and true approach to aging his jacket. Looks great!

Both of those look super Juanito !!
Ahhh ....you might want to try and find that Rough Wear and make the owner an offer... That’s a beaut!!
