It’s a B-11, it’s sleeve is longer than B-9’s, in order to cover back side of hands.

How would I sum up the experience? Memorable, a privilege, it had a certain smell, it was somewhat cramped.

Also, I've never seen a pic of a non-D model '51 with the verticle fin leading edge addition/modification. Very unusual transitional Mustang, IMO. Thanks, S-M. Sorry to geek.
