What jacket(s) are you wearing at the moment?

Wore the Irvin out while doing errands tonight. I didn't take any pics, but I got 2 compliments in the space of about 5 minutes in Total Wine.

It warmed up to -21c today , its actually nice as the temps
Here have been average around-25c daytime and into the -30s at night a couple -38c nights
But through it all my noble house b3ish has kept me warm with just at shirt , it might be historically
Inaccurate but it’s so warm.
I think I’m up to almost 2 months of daily wearing now , I definitely get my money worth
In western Canadian winter
Next week is supposed to actually be into the single digit minuses even near zero

If the jacket fits Mike ... and it keeps you warm I'd reckon the historical accuracy can take a back seat in those temperatures

Bit cooler here today so ideal to try the standard (ie non Merino) RAF flight jacket that arrived new from Aero a couple of days or so ago...

Broke out my late father in law's wartime RAF gauntlets too. I drew a line at breaking out some of the rest of the kit I have left over from the years I used to collect..

Choices for days...

Found the 'Trevor-trove'. The missing BR L-2A, three ATF Ikes, three ATF M-42s, two ATF M43s, original HBT coveralls, reproduction coveralls, three ATF Officer Khaki shirts, original wool shirt, BR USMC P42 camo jacket and a set of new ATF Army HBTs.

Whole shed and house officially turned inside out and upside down.

And a quality Korean War poster too!
