Mine was a G-1 issued in primary flight school in Pensacola in 1974. They told us they were made of naugahyde. :? We only kept them during initial flight trainng and turned them in when we moved on. I doubt if anyone remembered the mfg. co. We never cared about the labels back then.

As a student naval aviator in Pensacola in the early 70's I was issued a G-1 that I
practically lived in for 6 months. I never bothered to notice who manufactured it.
It simply served its purpose.
