Mine is quite warm for even colder weather... but I wouldn't say TOO warm for 20 - 30F with just a shirt. (pics - viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2350) If you're planning on jogging in it ... then yes, it would be too warm. :) I live in southern Ontario ... so NYC weather is very similar for the most part.

Yes ... but ... I can't bid 'cause I'm in Canada. I did contact the seller for $$ on shipping and asked to be able to bid. They got back saying they would be willing to ship to Canada ... but still no luck on bidding ... :( I'll wait around for a '40 pattern (much harder to find it seems)....

I agree with John - re: "..think the strict adherence to these recent dull textures may backfire as it is not to everyone's taste..." I prefer to "break in" the jacket myself. "New" also offers at least some form of consistency as in your always getting the "new" look ... instead of perhaps...

Thanks for the info. You say that you wear it often in the cold weather. Can you be more specific as to temperature range? Being from Canada, I'm just trying to get an idea the months I could wear it and when it would be too cold or hot ... :)
