Grass cutting again, it's warmer but still breezy so piloted the mower wearing my GW Star. I had this up for sale on Fleabay as it's a tad tight now but got fed up with the " "ere mate, wots ya best price" or "wots the least you'll take" and "don't like that patch and will have to pay for a new one and then pay someone to sew it on so will you take half wot you is asking" messages from chancers and dealers, then Covid 19 got in the way so took it down. Been on eBay since the '90's but man are there some chimps on there now. My current chimp tolerance level = 0.

Today is generally sunny but with a colder wind - em went for a ride on our scooters and had a short break at a Fastfood Restaurant (they are open for pickup stuff only but not for eating in the Dining room) ...

Vest is from "NON STOCK" or BRONSON (think they run a Kind of cooperation), everything underneath is just Standard LEVIS for the denims, NIKE Pants and Sneakers ...

Artwork on the vest was done by "JOSH" a guy on FB

artwork on shin 'n calves was stencilled by TIES with a sharpy ...

A bit nippy today, so I decided to wear my BK Dubow in Badalassi cowhide.

While it’s the heaviest jacket I own, (short of my B-3, of course), the leather has really softened up so that it’s more pliable than my Liberty RW, and it’s probably the most comfortable A-2 I wear.

Today we have an original example of the B-15D (Modified), made by Rolen Sportswear Co., this is a rare transitional flight jacket from the early Jet Age.

Jorge, that looks superb, great fit... Do you have a room-closet for all your jackets?
I had a friend who collected Star Wars toys & collectibles. Besides all over the house, he had an entire double room, floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall shelves with only these collectibles on show.
back then was insured for a small fortune!
Interesting note, his grandfather flew Spitfires in WW2, had some great photos. Also had a nice vintage WW2 Irvin.

That’s a cool story indeed! In my case, I used to have them at home, but now I have a storage unit since I’m out of town half of the time. To be honest I don’t prefer it, but it’s safer I guess.

This last month I've been wearing my new Dubow A-2. I found out that wearing it at home, sitting in front of the computer, or lying on the couch is a really good way to break it in. Now it starts to develop some carachter, and mostly, mold to my body shape. I like it more and more every day!

Greg, glad that you enjoy your nice Dubow, many of us do this now (wear their jackets at home or near home).
But a little more in this madhouse and I'll can't pass the next med exam(I mean the psychologist). I havn't see war memories in my night dreams for more than 10 years and now I got it again...another half where I hear ATC clearence for take off or maintain FL.
You can’t imagine what’s going on here, this in itself is like a nightmare.
