John's link was to an A-1 by the current, or 'new' RM Japan, the emergence of which led to RMNZ creating The Few label.

Here's one I finished this weekend- The A-1 is a seriously cool design. I did not think I would ever like the little pockets down on the waistline but they have really grown on me....

IIRC its skin form Cape Sheep.

I think 'Cape' refers to a place. Cape of good Hope. Probably where the original type of skin was from.
I've always thought of cape skin as being thin soft glove leather.

Yes its not thick and soft like second skin and very comfortable to wear.
