Shoulder bags ?

Depends on whether you wish to look as if you are using government surplus or something a little more upmarket. Billingham bags are nice but pricey, something by Chapman up in Cumbria, perhaps do a google search for ‘game Bags’ - there are loads available from a multitude of makers and suppliers in a range of prices. Barbour produce some nice ones, Jack Pyke bags will be cheaper.

We don’t always have to think along military lines to obtain good, durable items do we?

Good point. One of my friends has a very nice leather cartridge bag which was actually a ladies handbag from Spain many years ago. But this is tempting me right now

Which is the closest design to yours ?
thanks
Difficult to judge as the natural successor would be the Jade I guess [https://www.auntsanduncles.com/en/jade-vintage-brown-40549-32-1292] although I do not like that design much I have to say.
If I had to choose now I would opt in for either a Goatee [https://www.auntsanduncles.com/en/goatee-bourbon-62255-69-10902] or a Boss [https://www.auntsanduncles.com/en/boss-humus-50920-2-1968] model.
Quality and product-placement are outstanding and the prices requested are fully justified for what you get.

Better condition and cheaper but check out the size . The bag photo is impose on the women’s photo but it will give you a pretty good idea of its size .

Hold on... Let me grab my purse!

Just kidding, I have a record bag by BBC (Maybe still in business IDK) that would be considered a shoulder bag. It's Cordura material and holds about 25 Records or a laptop, depending on the mission at hand.

Never had a bag from them but I recommend their shoes and boots.

As someone mentioned earlier …. Cargo pants are great for those extra things that are too large to fit in regular pockets. 5:11 tactical Trail Pants, I find to be very practical. They are made out of a light stretchy material and are nicely tapered. The cargo pockets are tucked in and the entire look of them works for me .
Never really liked carrying a shoulder bag and these solve the problem .
