So I have to ask .. did you ever think it would be considered as a “Fashion Book”?
I would have given it high marks for being a Reference Book for Flight Jackets.

To answer your question...not really. At some point when I was thinking about creating the book, it occurred to me to contact a fashion historian to create an essay on their cultural impact. I finally found a young lady who did a marvelous job, Laura McLaws Helms. When she sent her contribution it was 22 pages...double-spaced...type written...with no pictures! I was stunned, and she mentioned that she probably found enough information to create her own book on the subject. Wouldn't be surprised if she does some day. Thanks!
