I know exactly what you mean - the cuffs on my Switlik are pretty tight as well, and have yet to loosen up. I think when they do, they'll hang a bit lower.

Sleeves look long, to me. Or the shoulders look wide -- off-square so dropping the sleeves low and tunneling the cuffs.
