Well, I have a disappointing report.　　The knit at the hem of the RW23380 that arrived on April 24th has "frayed".　　　It's a pity that I didn't handle it roughly after wearing it for a week.　Then Andy said.・・・　I am very sorry for the rib knit damage. We never had one like this before.It's the first one we ever had. We will send you one replacement rib knit waistband free or charge.　You can use this company to do the repair job for you.　　http://www.***********.html　They are very professional and they will do a good job. You have a great looking jacket . Occasionally things like this happen . The response of the manufacturer is what determines whether or not you’ve had a good experience in dealing with that company . It sounds like in your case they’ve tried to do the right thing . What are your thoughts about the situation ?

Sounds to me like they’ve held up their end pretty well and done their best to sort it out. I’m curious to see the damage, any chance of a pic?

I think that’s a very fair response from Andy. It’s a shame it happened, but by all accounts it was a fluke, and this is a good way to sort it out.

Im glad they came through.

Issues like this has happened to me before with a couple of the other high end jacket makers. Not knit, but other similar issues.
Example... Collar offset, so one side dropped down further than other. Another time... Pocket flap literally fell off due to loose stitching... And another, jacket arrived completely incorrect hide and colour.

So it just shows this happens. Whats impotent is that they do their best to make it right.
