I believe that they used the same tannery as Avirex use for the 1942 version.

Its a great looking jacket, but at $950 plus postage and fees it's not really a viable option for some of in the UK. (So the jacket alone costs £606 which is more than the ELC redskin.) Oh and a size 42 would be ideal.
