This topic should be moved to the "Flight Simulator" board, you probably hadn't noticed that it exists.
As to your question: I liked European Air War a lot, but it only runs under Windows 98, not XP or Vista. I flew German fighters to and through a huge formation of B17s and B24s, a sight to see!
Jane's WW2 Fighters was amazingly beautiful, but very hard to fly right.
