Sorry for the late reply. It's been quite intense across the island these days due to the election.
Imma show y'all my 23380 and 27752 later tonight. It's true that one of my 1401Ps is beyond fixable... Quite unfortunate. I guess overly conditioning them could be the main factor contributing to the crack and peeling of paint. However, I'd like to ask y'all about one of the conditioners I use - Leather Honey Conditioner - I'm not sure if it's a conditioner y'all would recommend for leather jacket conditioning.
And, yes!! What may be the factor that leads to the rapid drying after conditioning? Cuz I've noticed whenever finishing reconditioning the 1401Ps, they both dry out instantly within a week or two. Whereas, my 27752 and 23380 both look fine even after wearing them frequently.
I've been considering Bill Kelso's 23380 and Eastman's 1401P. Quite curious if they will peel off or crack that easily
