This is what I had hoped some jacket maker would do but as yet no one has.I personally think my job is to find the best World War II leather, and leave it at that.
foster said:Is it related to the size? It could be that epaulettes were made in generic lengths and cut shorter as needed for the size? If so, I would expect the smaller sizes to be the ones displaying some of the "X" folded underneath the seam.
