Would be interesting to know how you rate the hide of your GW Aero 18775 compare to this 21996 original. I guess you GW was made of italian seal HH ? do you get the same reddish undertones with the GW ?? or is the GW darker ??

Yes, my 18775 is Italian HH. And no, the finish on it pretty much remains the same and is a bit darker.
