You know, most of the pics I've seen with those inside pocket 'rigger-mods', have been with the 352nd FG... It could not have been only them...?
Well...every issued jacket then in service was marked PROPERTY AIR FORCE U.S. ARMY. So a major modification like that probably had to be authorized at the command level.
