here is a 60s pilot helmet of the German Luftwaffe (1963) of the type Gentex P-4b as used by the US Airforce at that time. The oxygen mask was added to the display later and is not "correct", i.e. it corresponds optically to the MS-22001 used at that time, but the mask shown here is a British modification. It is a rare MSA A-13a (ca. 1955), which was equipped with a microphone switch for the British Royal Air Force. If any of you have an MS-22001 in similar condition and would like to exchange it for the A-13a, please contact me.
