Can anyone date the manufacture of this jacket? The hide is very dark, darker thanks the ones at present, and whether it is one if the better batches of sheepskin which a lot seems to have been talked about...

92/93 Golden Era for ELC, if it's your size buy it. The skins are more brown that some of the warmer coloured ones. Something about the combination of the sheepskin and tape seam colours make these jacket difficult to photograph. They usually appear dark like this with red looking seam tapes. In reality they are chestnut brown.

Thanks John but a good overall jacket though input in one bid and got it for 300. So reasonably cheap. 36 is my size, but I don't know how large these come up
