Met Ralph briefly at an air show about 15 years ago. Pleasant guy, not full of himself. Quite interested in the flight gear at the time. Yeah he can afford it, but on him it's probably a size 36 too, so a little easier to find. His stores are occasionally adorned with jackets and other original things. Another fellow I met once showed me an A-2 he had bought off the display at the RL store on Madison avenue in New York. Amazing.

Most of his gear seems to be made in China. I quite like the Anj-4's and the mongrel Irvin/B-3, shame about the pockets though.
