ANY item paid for with Paypal is prone to an item not received claim. Only the item not as described is negated...Buyers win everywhere..
I think this would only apply if you send someone money and tick the 'Goods' box on the form.
A simple request for cash has no specific link to any item.

If the buyer paid like this...then the seller would be open to Karma and hopefully get bitten for his dubious ways!! ;)

The best scam is 'payment owed' from funds in the account. Paypal do not get a zack!! Only way to fly...No fees deducted from the buyers
total, and you do not have to cover the fees if the funds are in the paypal account. You get hit if they hit your account/card.
