#Lockdown has led me to a nylon obsession, defo not going down the shearling path (fingers crossed)
Y’know....a B-6 would be great for driving, and probably light enough for London weather...

Man oh man .... I was sweating thisMy Jinruishi L-2b arrived.
Didn’t know what to expect but went on the advice of @B-Man2...
Wow. Really impressed. The fit S is perfect the cuffs and stitching is good quality. What is difficult to get across is the feel of the nylon which feels really robust and strong density. The colour is an amazing midnight blue. I have never seen let alone felt a real L-2b but this feels like it could have been issued to a jet pilot. I was concerned because I could not afford BR and didn’t go with the Bronson( I ordered the Ma1 instead) and went with the unheard of Jinrushi. However really happy and will get the olive next pay day. Thankyou @B-man2View attachment 41272
I forgot to ask for a fit picIt will be perfect in the Cab with a T-shirt, Chino’s, Converse & a pair of Wayfarers...
The problem now is A2, G1 or L-2b. First world problems how lucky are we...Thanks again @B2-Man
I agree with you on the pocket positioning but I think if they are looking to upgrade the jacket, the first thing they should do is switch the zip to a right hand pull one. Other than those things, the jacket really is pretty nice for the money. The Buzz is better but that $450.00 price tag for what is essentially a nylon wind breaker is a no go for me.View attachment 41481View attachment 41482Burt, I contacted the seller about the correct pocket positioning. He was really positive and said the photos of the BR Ma-1/L-2b that I sent would help to correct. Jinrushi seem to be slightly lower than BR, what are your thoughts...?
They will be doing a new run of M-a1’s for winter...
This jacket can’t be compared to an MA-1. It’s more of a wind breaker . It has no lining other than a double thick nylon lining . If you want a cold weather jacket I’d suggest the MA-1 .Great! Seems like XL is the way to go for me. How would you compare it to “the real deal” considering... thickness, I guess? I understand it’s supposed to be lighter than say a ma-1. But looking around it feels like they skipped a layer of lining or padding on this, compared to an original?
Just a tiny bit scared it will feel to “flimsy”

Everything I’ve ever bought from Bronson has been good quality craftsmanship . I don’t think you will be disappointed with this jacket. If they made one in my size I would buy it.Anyone have an opinion on the Bronson L2b’s? They LOOK great but..... would welcome another's thoughts/experience!
