A B10 repro - but from who?

I spotted this B10 repro on ebay (item: 320408160105) but was wondering who made it - Buzz perhaps? Looks nice and a reasonable price...

he's been trying to flog this one for a while now, this listing fails to state the totally incorrect mix of CBI and 8th AF patches added at some point. He's also dropped the price a lot so might be worth it anyhow.
