Just so you know. Thanks to your beneficial information as forum members, I managed to avoid these guys scamming me. The Credit Card chargeback policy and buyer protection works, in my case the bank was extremely helpful and very thorough.
Beforehand, I was very respectful and open for any mutually advantageous solution. I was so foolish that even offered them a restocking fee, in the hope of correcting the whole fiasco. I was not accepting the fact that their size suggestion was completely off and they delivered a smaller than advertised jacket. According to them the only solution was me selling the brand new jacket on the second hand market and placing a new order. Pete was very unpleasant and personally offensive. I was not taking the jacket forcefully. I opened a case with the bank in February after BK stopped communicating with me completely. As you might already know, as an answer this Pete sent out my private information to a lot of jacket manufacturers, including my home address. He accused me of a lot of things, stating lies that I have never done or said. Like defaming them on social media, filing a PayPal claim, returning the jacket in a worn condition.
After all, I provided all available evidence and email communication to the bank representatives. The initial discussion about sizing, their questionnaire, the insults and even the contradictory measurements of the return jacket, where according to them the numbers were spot on. However, I measured different numbers and shared everything for the investigation.
One year after the order was placed, I managed to get my money back. Not by BK, but my bank that stood by their client. My claim was legitimate. My worst customer experience ever.
I would like to thank you all for your very informative assistance. Please, do not let these people to intimidate you. We all deserve to be answered to, not only as long as we pay the money.
Please for your own sake, make sure you do business with the trustworthy companies or private individuals, who treat you as human beings. Who respect your time and money. We as customers shall also do the same, appreciate and honor those businesses which are both accountable and professional.

By EU laws and regulations you are protected up to 180 days from the time of purchase or 4 month from the last recorded conversation by the vendor!
