I saw that and I guess most would bank on Paypal for protection.

I no longer deal with people like that as they won't stand behind it even if you received it damaged, etc.

I have a huge story about almost losing $800 to such a character who sent damaged goods after 30 days. I was lucky to get anything so a return would have given up the goods and money(past 30 day feedback too). That was before PP BUT who says they would rule in your favor and who needs the headache anyway?

I'm surprised such sellers wouldn't just start over with a fresh "0" feedback.
