Willis and Geiger A2 - any good?

Hi all

I have the opportunity to acquire a Willis and Geiger a2 made just before they closed in the late 1980s/early 90s. The jacket looks good, with no drooping shoulders etc and am thinking of buying for a knock about jacket-what can you guys tell me about them? Are they any good?

you don't need to be too particular about a knock-about jacket... they are just fine anyhow. not big four but up there in terms of accuracy when put alongside some manufacturers with high claims.

They go for around 125.00 to 150.00 U.S. If you can find one with the tobacco brown liner rather than nylon all the better. One of my favorite knock arounds is the early Avirex, they go for 125.00 to 175.00 in Goat, Horse, and Steerhide. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vtg-Avirex-Mens ... 415f9f0190
