I believe it is a wrong sub-forum to ask about a non-flight jacket. Search via https://www.vintageleatherjackets.org/forums/cloth.10/ or there is great information on usmilitaria forum.

You should be more specific, what tanker jacket [I assume US one], but what type? It is good to not generalize, but you can find various zippers, like Talon, Crown, Conmar, etc.
