It's a B-1 or B-2 with the matching A-1 or A-2 trou.
Long obsoleted from combat units, they were also used in training Stateside.
This one still has its chest pocket. Most were taken off.

Looks like it ... but the order to remove the pockets came in 1934.

Flying suits in stock will be modified in accordance with these instructions, wherever practicable, and in all cases prior to issue.

Perhaps it's the Security Sportswear Two Piece Winter Flying Suit.
