It's just a silly ol' LW Foster with a bit of personality that some unsuspecting yuppie bought in a RL store back when. Nice patch but pretty beat up. They (LW Foster 7823s) still come up mint for a lot less- heck- even Jorge's pristine ones are cheap compared. Silly rich people stuff.
