Ralph Edwards Sportswear was originally Cape Girardeau Leather Mfg Co when they started in 1946. A bit later the name was scaled back to Cagleco Sportswear.
I have just seen on eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/170752385983) that looks like it was produced in the first few years of that company. The label (and maybe the jacket too) looks like it might have been copied from a then contemporary Sears Hercules half-belt jacket.
