Vintage boot sole leather

I'm in the process of clearing out my Father in Laws place and as usual we keep finding odd bits and pieces he just couldn't bring himself to throw out. And in his case as a survivor of WWII labour camps he was into making a lot of his own stuff.

Would anyone know of a forum or bespoke boot manufacturer who might want to get hold of this stuff? Several sheets of very very thick hard leather which Joe was making soles from at some point a long time ago. It's too good to throw or give away. It ranges from 3-5mm thick. The circular piece is about the size of a winged AAF patch.
