found it on ebay, never seen an heated version of RAF sheepskin jacket!

Yes fairly common, mostly found with the connector plugs removed these days

Always been curious, does construction differ on these jackets from the regular Irvin Airchute pattern, or is it just the wiring added on top of an already made jacket?

Yeah you usually see them being worn without the wiring. Looks good from a distance but shame about the damage to the back. Zips look knackered too. Not especially rare though. Nice russet colour. I don't have enough knowledge to know who made it, somebody else might. I know who would have.
