I have never seen a jacket stamped like that, but I have seen WW II leather flight helmets stamped outside with either USN or USMC in much smaller lettering.

the jacket looks legit to me , but I've never seen one with an embossed USN like this before.

That USN looks like a heat brand. The leather appears to have shrunk and puckered into it. It could have been some sort of custom unit or ship board application

There's something strange in the measurements: it says that shoulder to shoulder is 18,5": how can it be wider than the armpit to armpit which is 18"?
