USN jacket stencils?

pictured above is a Monarch M 422 from John's site.

Anyone knows which other cotracts do not have the horizontal stitching lines on the back of the collar (as above) but have white (or silver) USN stencil on the right side and not black in the middle as above?

H&L Block has the Yellow stencil. Gordon and Ferguson has the silver stencil.
