updates to the GW site

Looks like John has recently updated the Goodwear site... info on his new russet horsehide, new patterns, etc. Probably many of us here were already aware of much of this stuff, but it's still cool to see the new pages.

yes, the new less red russet is echt-A2 russet brown - darn near perfect.

I think this is THE mainline A-2 repro one to get if you like russet brown.
