Two new hides from Good Wear

here are two NEW hides that John is using at Good Wear. One, a lightweight HH from Horween.

The other, an aniline dyed russet HH from his terrific Japanese source. This russet is in my view the new echt-russet as it has less red than the previous russets from this source. Most authentic russet shade I have seen. I was just at the Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio last week and looked at about 40 A-2's.

Thanks for the head-up. Love the hide of the Werber, not too impressed with the ACME one. Is that a new brandname John is going to use for a "Goodwear House-generic style jacket"?

"ACME" is John's version of Aero. He can't use the Aero name without treading on the Aero Scotland trademark.

I personally like the Aero. I think the seal brown and rust knits look sharp together.

I think I am first in the cue for the Werber once John wears it for a while. The Aero was for sale as of a few days ago.
