With these private purchase jackets, it's almost impossible to say it is or is not
legit. Shoulder board buttons/loops, Eagle stitch marks, and pockets can be easily
added to a standard WWII era German leather jacket to inflate value.
This one looks good, but there is no way to say without a doubt, and more than
likely there never will be.
The best thing would be to buy it for what it is, and nothing more.
