Ted lawson's A-2

Hey, I was on Good Wear site and on the "Links" page is pics of the Doolittle raiders. Ted Lawson's (crew#7) I have looked at MANY times but it looks to me that Ted's A-2 has a custom 3rd pocket on his right side above the standard pocket. Are my old eyes playing tricks, has this been brought up before?

your eyes are fine, It's been brought up before, not a third pocket, one pocket has been moved and re-sewn higher up, another raider has same thing
