I got that one. It's at RMNZ getting a repro tag put on it. Hiro's comments when he got it was, "Very Nice Jacket!". So I'm pretty pleased.

Some holes in the knits but no big deal. It's a 70 year old jacket after all...
Noticed the discussion on value and just to add to that. The reason I got it was essentially an exchange rate issue. When I first started looking at original A-2's a few years ago. The US/NZ rate was between $0.49 - $0.53. It's at $0.81 today.
The shipping is also half the price if I was to buy a jacket from the US or the UK. Add to the fact that the seller was "Customs Friendly", it costs less for me now than a few years ago.
Also, there is no way I am getting one here in NZ. Haven't seen one here at all.
Now, the question is, which jacket to sell to pay for this...
