Oh and the watch (well spotted) is a Panerai (Italian - loosely designed on the 1930's/40's watch used by the famous Italian Underwater Teams / Commandos).

Sometimes a tripod and sometimes a handy rock or fence But all on a self timer and a 10 second dash. Thanks for that!! Though there's loads of awful pics you don't see!!
