good photos and also good tribute to all the Rosie's.
someone's got an idea of how many rivets were needed for just one B17 (by example)????
they did a great job by replacing the man who were on battlefields, at sea or in the air.
and not only in general enterprises like tank building, planes, ammunitions fabric, they were also present into redcross, farm, gaz station, post office aso aso aso.....
this was the beginning (already started after WW1) of big changes regarding the social position of the women in the society.
