Does anyone know who paints the Wing & Star with feathered wings and Army Air Force printed underneath the wing & star on the shoulder of A-2 flight jackets?

Decal, they were painted as well but not with ARMY AIR FORCE usually. I'd recommend our own jbmilart for the job.
