Yes, it looks legit (interestingly though no collar stand). I had thought it might have been a retailed 1756, but I'm not so sure.
I was in advanced discussions with the owner recently and had all but pulled the trigger but decided to pass after all.

Very interesting, first time I've seen the Perry in civillian guise before too. Seems only logical that Perry would do this, as Aero and others had.

I too have never seen a civilian Perry before. This deviates from the military spec not just in terms of the lack of collar stand, but also the shape of the pocket flaps which are more like those seen on Doniger jackets and the brass zipper. I wonder how many of these jackets were actually made?
