Is there an original government USAAF specification for the B3 ?
We all know it went through several phases, but what was the final design and specification ?

Are there any reliable sources ?

I think there is a source for US Gov. contracts. Where it is I have no idea. Maybe US gov.gov

That’s not the original military procurement specs. but rather Eastman advertising information.

Would like to know the name of the person who first created and cut the original pattern/design of the B-3 Jacket with some history notes, details, etc. How and why it came to be and maybe some history about that person and so on.

Ask Eastman where they got their info from. That may lead to what little remaining original spec. info is available.

That sounds like a great research project for you. You should consider taking that on and letting us know what you find out.
