That looks quite nice-wish he hadn't bothered with the AAF insignia and the wings and rank markings. Private purchase jackets like this are pretty nice, because they don't fetch such high prices as the issue stuff, plus some did get worn by aircrew, so it's not outside the realms that some saw action somewhere.

Actually the paint could be removed, but alas to small. I have a 1940's Dubow contract civilian model most beautiful jacket I own.
