There were several makers near Boston that made MC jackets with that type of snap belt and simple back in the 40's and 50's. Durable, Wolf, Blatt, Fidelity, etc.

That looks good-sadly I can't get away with jackets like that-I've got a non-vintage one, and it just makes me look like a thug, unburdened as I am with hair. Good price too, but the postage bumps it up a bit.
