Mystery jacket used by German pilots

I've seen on several pictures German pilots wearing this kind of jacket. I don't know what it is. This jacket seems to exist with several variations (different seam reinforcements, different details, ...)
Can anyone tell me more ? @Pilot ? @Enigma1938 ?

To be honest I don't have any useful informations about this jacket.
For me It's the same like with the Mölders Jacket. I'm searching some Informations about that jacket for a long time now but there's almost nothing.
I would LOVE to have this one as a replica.

Werner wore that jacket a lot, numerous photos, maybe a civilian number? I've never seen it, as for the top one, strange

As for Kermits mystery jacket it seems that this one was issued pretty early in the war as I can see just "Emils" in the background with typical BoB painting.
