Here's what I believe is John's second Monarch from his site. My initial thoughts are it is a more accurate repro than the latest Eastman Monarch, which I saw at Duxford. A brown Talon zip would mke a nice finishing touch.

Just making a considered comment on the premier Monarch repro from GW.

Yep spoke to JC recently and my order is in also....went for the Monarch because of the more athletic fit than the Pughkeepsie i had...and that will be up for sale when my jacket starts to come together.
