misunderstood listing for a rare m-422 jacket

the seller knows its a wwll navy jacket, but due to the short arm length and talon zipper, there is no doubt in my mind that what he has is a 1940 or 41 willis & geiger m-422. it will need restoration work, but considering how rare the jacket is, it is worth the effort. eb item# 364585130157
