This one certainly is a beauty. It probably dates from around 1941 as it has a four panel back and Lightning sleeve zips. Lightning zips seem to have first appeared on Irvins from this date. The main zip is made by Flash Fastener and these were first used on Irvins in 1943 as sleeve zips. It would seem to be a later replacement judging by the stitch holes.
